What is The Salt Cave?

It is a speleoclimatic chamber at our clinic in South West London where we reproduce the microclimate of a natural Salt Cave using a special medical device.

How does it treat asthma and other respiratory illnesses?

1. Patients sit in a comfortable chair in our spacious cave like room for an hour (one session), listening to relaxation music and breathe normally.

2. Negative ionized tiny salt particles get into the respiratory system; they can even reach the deepest part of the lung (alveoli).

3. Based on clinical studies, the inhaled dry saline aerosol reducing inflammation in the whole respiratory tract, absorbing edema from the mucosa lining the airway passages leading to widening of the airway passages, restoring the normal transport of mucus and unclog blockages in the bronchi and bronchioles leading to rapid elimination of the residual tar and foreign allergens
